I could just be cynical, but just like he thought the board was going to believe he had no idea what happened as to why he had a warrant, I believe he told other lies. Perhaps he was acting like he didn't know how long he would be revoked for. He said he had a lawyer and he looks like this is his way of life, what are the consequences would probably be the first question. His lawyer probably told him it's better for him to plea than go to court because there is too much evidence and he could never beat it. That being said, I caught the lie that he was applying for disability, he got denied, and he got a job (with his brother ) while he goes through the process of reapplying for disability. From 2018 to 2021 (I believe) he did not work for his brother? Why? Furthermore, she said he's a good provider. How is he providing? On top of that, he said his job with his brother is landscaping. However, he told the board he is disabled because he is paralyzed on his right side. He thinks he's slick enough to slide on barbwire, yet he's right back in prison for a long time. I wonder if pleading guilty helped him "not lose/keep" his good time. I wonder what his original release date is. This guy is a lying mess. It's probably a blessing in disguise for the "fiance".

There was a KEY part she said. She was packing her bags to LEAVE when they got into a fight. Basically, there was another fight, BEFORE the fight, where she was fed up. She only lied because she knows his temper very well and knows he’s capable of killing her (strangling her). She won the lottery that day. Also, he can’t be angry at her for actually telling the truth against him, she didn’t tell the truth and lied to help him. I know from experience by being married to an alcoholic/abuser. There are a ton of early red flags. Don’t ignore them. If they hit you once, it WILL only get worse. You may not live to tell about it when it does get worse.

Her woman beater boyfriend had go do about 20 more days. Smh 🤦‍♀️. Why don't they get it. These women can and have lost their lives with thus kind of foolishness "they call lo ♥ e"

I really think the “fiancé” started crying because HE has told her it’s HER FAULT for calling the police!! Obviously, if he hit her…it’s HIS fault. Whether the fiance knows it or not, the parole revocation is a blessing in disguise. Codependency is a victims biggest blinders and threat to their lives, without intervention, the outcome never ends well. Without further help, the victim tends to go from a bad situation to a worst relationship. Im just glad DV is taken much more serious than in the decades past.

In re: the victim's comments. I am 100% positive he attacked her and the language she used is straight out of the victim of domestic abuse handbook. Her entire speech was filled with language of someone that has heard the words of a manipulator and controlling abuser and internalized them. From the "I can't handle things without him" to "I wanted to go by my sister's house but he doesn't want me going over there because it's not safe to the "I just made a big old ruckus just to get out of the house" all I heard was him trying to isolate and control her. For fuck sake you shouldn't have to make "a big old ruckus" just to leave your own house. It's her life. If she wants to go to her sister's house and he doesn't like her over there, who cares. And how exactly did the guy who made you have to make "a big old Ruckus" to leave your house keep you sane exactly? I'm afraid for her.

It didn’t matter if it’s a misdemeanor or felony. If you catch a new charge even driving without a license you get revoked. And anytime you have contact with law-enforcement you have to report it to your PO.

In 2015 he was charged with Count 1, illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Count 2, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, Count 3, possession of a dangerous weapon in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, Count 4, possession of CDS I He was sentenced to 15 years in prison but 5 years was enhanced as he was an habitual offender and given 18 years suspended sentence after serving no time in which he had 18 years over his head

Prisoners getting paroled have it spelled out what they can and can not do so I have no doubt he was told to not hit anyone whether it was a felony or misdemeanor. He's just trying to play stupid and knew all along what he did was wrong.

What most people in this situation fail to understand is, the second you call the police it's No longer in your hands! You can tell them all night you do not want to press charges and if they have enough probable cause and evidence they get to make that determination? I'm actually in shock that the board actually got it right this time! Also, another little known Fact if you've ever watched an arraignment in court, when the judge asks how do you plead they add in there if you've been made any promises by anyone in the court that caused you to plead too that charge? That would've been an ample opportunity for him to say his attorney told him if pled guilty he'd get off? These criminals are too busy trying to lie and cheat the system like they do on the street to actually pay attention to what they are being asked? It's just like when they asked him what he'd been doing for those couple of years he was out and he said, "applying for disability because he's paralyzed on one side". In the next sentence he's doing lawn care with a relative. I'd love to know how you do that being paralyzed on one side? It's Amazing what these fools come up with to try to cheat the system? 💜🐅💛 While I'm in shock the board actually did a good job on this one, he'll be back there in no time up for parole again! 💜🐅💛
