Great vlog guys,we stayed at the PS3 two years ago as two adults and a child but we got a separate bedroom in our apartment,infact our room was overlooking the Beer Pint restaurant and the Golden Mile. I guess we were lucky but the rooms are in need of a refurb .

Hi guys, I remember always loving the look of Parque Santiago III and the shopping centre underneath and pool area back when we used to go when I was still a teenager (30 years ago now 😮) Quite disappointed that the rooms look like they probably did back in the early 90s 😂😂😂😂 but hey ho! Rooms are for sleeping 🛌 in, as long as it’s clean but I totally agree with you……it’s not cheap to stay in so maybe they need to modernize it a bit. Another hotel I always said I would love to stay in when I was a kid is the Conquistador. Maybe one day but we generally go cheaper self catering apartments as we are out and about more than we are in 😊 Great tour 🎉

I have stayed at PS3 in 2011 in Santa Maria block and the rooms look the same as they did then. Definitely due an upgrade. I found it very hard to swim in the salt water pool, you just end up floating. Love the location and the amount of sunbeds they have there, it is a real suntrap around by the pool. Thank you for giving me some happy memories of our holiday there.

Hi guys, just come across a found this video as we've booked a private apartment for June this year for 3 weeks!! We are staying in same block but looking at our pics of room we're facing the kids pool, but we've got a long balcony with sunbeds but we're not on ground leval. Love watching your adventures 😎🌞 keep up the good work guys

We have stayed at the PS3 twice now, once in a refurbished room, and once in one like you were in. The refurbished rooms are brighter and more up to date. We are staying there again for two weeks in august as the location and pool area are fantastic... but we are trying the parque la paz for a week in october

We love staying at PS III, have stayed in both older rooms and renovated, wish you got allocated a refurbished room so you could experience that but glad you had a great time, we are staying in Parque La Paz in August first time, watched your vlog and like the rooms ❤

Hi guys, hope you’re all well. I’ve wondered what that place was like as the position is fantastic and so is the pool. I’m really surprised it’s so dated in the apartments, I think it would be ok for a short break but not for a two week stay… unless there was a last minute deal. 💛xx

Thank you for your video, it has really helped us. We used to go to PS3 all the time and am considering going this year, but im sad to see it has never been updated since about 8 years ago. It is such a brilliant location for everything we want, so I am very torn.

We stayed at Santiago 4 1 bed apartment top floor. Great views of pool and sea. Can use pool in 3 also which we did a cpl times, tho pools in 4 are good 1 is heated. Have booked to go there again jan 24. Will also be over oct this year staying sunset bay in adeje

Oh my gosh I'm so surprised to see the rooms we used to come here ide say about 18 years ago when our son was little, and the rooms are exactly the same lol we thought they were dated back then 😂 😂 looks no different 😎

I think they are in the middle of renovating the rooms as we stayed back in 2022 and had one of the updated rooms which was so nice but have also stayed in dated rooms as well.. coming back in july for our 3rd time so hopefully get an updated room again

Is there any entertainment being self catered ? We've booked for August with kids, but self catering instead of all inc so forgot about it

They are upgrading some rooms or they were when we were there last year. But doesn’t look like any work was being done in that video not sure if they’re still doing them or not

Pool looks Fab but is it a good temperature?

Love park La Paz but always busy,can never get in.

Love the location but feel room to small and dated the dated part can be easily fixed though. I prefer where you normally stay.

They all get dated eventually and the owners like to milk the profits as long as possible to recoup the cost of refurbishment. Some of the apartments in there can cost up to €500,000 but some of the cheaper ones can be had for half that.

La Paz is good but not in the hight of summer as no air con , fan just moves warm air around .

Room looked okay but the bathroom was awful I don't get why they still have bidets in the bathroom great vlog❤❤❤

Stayed in parque 3 once paid for a two bedroom got a one bedroom with a mezzanine level which was up where all the hot air went was horrible, was supposed to have Aircon but was only in lounge And ever morning we woke it smelt like someone had shat all over the apartment it stank, agents said it’s an old building Avoid

Sounds very noisy, and park La Paz looked so much better!!!
