Hello Rajesh, We currently do not have an installation video for our 6200. The best source for installation is our 6200 Operating Instructions that may be downloaded from our Instruction Manuals page at www.parrinst.com/support/downloads/manuals/. We would be happy to provide further assistance as needed, please contact us at www.parrinst.com/contact/parr-usa/.

What is function of vent line?
@ParrInstrumentCompany
@ParrInstrumentCompany 3 года назад
Hello! Thank you for your question. The vent line is used to depressurize the oxygen fill line inside the instrument. After the oxygen filling is complete the oxygen fill solenoid is de-energized and the tubing vents out the vent line. When this happens the pressurized gas inside the vessel causes a check valve to seal the chamber.

Why is it so loud
@ParrInstrumentCompany
@ParrInstrumentCompany Год назад
Hello Barbara, Thank you for your comment. There are many components of the 6400 that can cause noise in the system. Depending on the age of the instrument, this can either be a sign of a component that needs to be replaced or normal operation. The exhaust of the pressure from the inside of the combustion vessel can be somewhat surprising at first. 450psi of oxygen is being release from a 3/8” diameter tube into a smaller collection vessel. The vessel is also rinsed/washed a few times to ensure that everything is clean. This uses the same 450psi of oxygen pressure. If this is an issue, the tubing from the exhaust and vent connections for the back of the calorimeter can be plumbed to a larger container or to a space outside of the lab. If you need any additional information please feel free to call us at (309)-762-7716 or or send an email to parr@parrinst.com and one of our Calorimeter Technical Representatives can assist.
