Marissa, I have watched 2 of your vids but literally a hundred similar vids. My youngest daughter did DCP twice 2013-2014, & 2014-2015. We love Disney and she made her first goal at age 6 wanting to work at Disney when she asked why some name tags had Universities on them instead of hometowns. Anyway, I feel compelled to write. This vid was probably the best I've seen. The camera loves you. You have a commanding presence on screen. Your speech pattern is engaging, welcoming, and charming. Your tonal inflections, eye contact, and non verbal skills are top notch. You are talented. You could work in any field that requires effective communication. I trust by now you are either in grad school or working in your degree field. I am sure you will be a success. I enjoyed your vids... Semper Fi
omg you are so lucky! i waited seven weeks to get a wbi and i got accepted an entire month after my phone interview... it was stressful to say the least but if anyone is still in application received do not get discouraged :)
I loved your vlogs and they made me so excited for when I finally get to do things and get into a program! I'm currently a stage manager, too, the main SM at my community college for this season!! I have applied six times and I am so hoping I get to go Fall 2020 and these videos you've done answering questions and such have been such a great help to me :) (also I'm from AZ so hello from the southwest!!!)
Congrats on being head stage manager!! I hope the 7th times the charm girl, good for you for not giving up!!! I’m so happy to help 🥰 let me know what happens!! If anything, you’ll have more time to focus on your skills as stage manager. Such an awesome job
@@riss_papa That has been a blessing in disguise, being able to stage manage shows. Had I gotten in last fall/this time, I would not have had the opportunity to do that and figure out other aspects of my life. Still in AR but I took a week to make sure my application was Amazing so I'm just patiently waiting. I will keep you updated!
Hi Marissa! I just got the email that I'm NLIC. This was my sixth time applying and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong in the application process to make this the result...
I just found your videos and I love them! I’m from Mexico and planning on doing DCP in the future so your videos are very helpful! You should have way more subscribers tbh 🥰😁
I'm currently on the waitlist for an arrival date for the Canadian CRP and your videos have been SO helpful. With the answer about your roommates who were accepted to extend but then didn't, do you know if declining their extension affects their future possibilities to be hired by Disney again? I totally understand if you don't know! Thanks for the great videos
I don’t think i’ll work at WDW again, I prefer it as a vacation spot! I’m an actor now and i’m hoping to one day be cast on a disney, abc, or fox show! That’s the dream at least ahaha
I was wondering if they give you any specific days off if you ask for them in advance. For example, if you had a specific event planned for specific dates, would they let you take that time off?
You can request to have those days off as soon as you are trained, but there are no guarantees! So be prepared to call out if you don’t get the days off
