The numbered coil and wires is always really nice. If there isn't, I always mark them B4 disassembly. Either with a paint pen or tape and marker. Helps next time I need to remove them for whatever repair.

Great video. Looks similar to my 3.3 in a 2008. I also had a 1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager with a 3.3. From what I understand, the rear plugs were only accessible from underneath. I agree with you, in that the wires on the 1996 - 2000 models were the hardest to do.

Yeah the older models were harder to get to and underneath was the best method but still a pain in the rear. They got easier on the next body style.

You missed Step 1: MAKE SURE THE ENGINE IS COOL FIRST! I had never replaced plugs and wires before. I had one seize up but with a lot of effort of going out a little bit and in a little bit, some liquid wrench that I also let sit on it overnight, I thankfully was able to get it out. The rest of the video is great, but please everyone MAKE SURE YOUR ENGINE IS COOL FIRST!

Should do a video on the primary and secondary cirtuit wiring harness causing the misfire.. im trying to get one more wire disconnected behind the coilpack on the block

cool video but when ever I do plugs I use anti-seize on threads and die electric grease on tips

Thanks Larry....both items are great tips. Here in Georgia anti-seize isnt needed. Never had a Chrysler plug I couldnt get out and the die electric grease has no affect that I can find. Now in different parts of the country both items may be something that is needed. So there can be a need, just depends on where you are. He should have done a demonstration of the back spark plugs replacement - it is a real pain in the butt since there is hardly any room

Stefan Bach The issue about filming things that are in tight spaces is that you have to be able to place the camera in those areas....not to mention lighting, not something that can always be done. So what I did was show how to do the front do that you have an understanding of the layout so that when you access the rear by reaching around from the trans side....you would know what was where and what to do.

Tray do my spare plug look like never first owner take out what can put it can take out can used any spray like D. 40 to lost it thank you

Easy on these models with the 3.8L V6 and not bad removing the windshield wiper housing on the previous body style other than the wipers being stuck and needing a puller. The stupid with the 3.8 on these is the plastic Y nipples going to the heater cores. They can only take so many temperature cycles before they crack. CHEAP Junk.

I just did a video yesterday where I pretty much state that the plastic joints are junk....I was mainly referring the cheap aftermarket plastic repair "t"s. I always go back with a metal "t". Thanks for the comment and make sure to subscribe

I am subscribed. I like your videos. I was not aware you had one already published one about the issue. I was just stating a that this was a cheap move by Chrysler. This is a very reliable engine if taken care of and this could kill it unnecessarily early for the non mechanically inclined driver.

It probably tested fine when designing the part and what long term testing they did but in the real world it shows issues. They even use a larger version of the same set up for the Ram Diesel trucks for the upper radiator hose and guess what.....they can leak as well.
