My mother suffered her whole life because of her giant breast and back than there were nothing of these surgeries or even the kind of bras available like today! I wish all the luck for your future and will watch every part of this series of your's!

I have gone through all the same emotions and thoughts as you. I was asked the same question about what size I want. I want a c cup but may end up a D. Fingers crossed I get a C cup. My surgery is in 2 weeks today! I’m also hoping I am making the right decision.
I haven't seen the new me yet. I'm 11 days post op and I don't see my PS for another week. I look really small! I feel fine. I'm not in any meds now so hard to sleep because I still have to lay on my back. I'm looking forward to not having to wear the compression bra. It sits on the stitches and it stings. Thank you for asking.
@@kathyweston8427 wow you're tough for not being on any meds! Overall, I'm happy your feeling well Kathy. If I end up getting the surgery, I'm not looking forward to wearing a compression bra and sleeping on my back! I'm a side sleeper myself, always have been, so that's not going to be fun, but worth it in the end I'm sure. Can I ask, what size bra did you start out at?
I was on pain med for 5 days. I was 36 DDD and asked to be a C. i have been large breasted most of my adult life so seeing how small I am now is making me second guess myself about if this is too small. 🤔 I'd recommend getting a post op compression bra instead of a sports bra. You want a longer line so it doesn't sit on your stitches. Because I didn't know what size I would need I bought a “Naturally You” bra that fit my band size which was actually 38 when I was measured. Also get a front zip.
@@kathyweston8427 you did the right thing, don't second guess yourself. It will just take some getting used to. I'm a size K36. I would love nothing more than to be a C so I can go braless and just wear nipple pasties. I was a C by the time I was 9 years old. I'm really tired of having big chest issues, like my back problems, bras digging into my skin, and so many cysts that come and go on my boobs.
