Hi Daphne . Do you have a DVD that I can buy on the pom pom blankets . Great tutorial, but my friend is not on line and would like to purchase the dvd. Many thanks x
Thanks so much for the tutorial Daphne. I will try these blankets or pillow covers with my students during our craft club at school. Thanks for sharing! John
Hi Daphne I have just started watching your videos, I would love to make pom pom blankets, and see one of your videos you say your husband makes the frames and shuttles. Does he still make them as I see your video was from 2014. If he does could you tell me how much he would charge. I would like to make covers about 60cm x 40 cm if that's possible. Thank you Debbie xx
Hi Daphne. I love your tutorial on how to make the pompom blanket. it is so easy to follow. what I was wondering is if you could possibly help me out. I have seen a pompom blanket with a pink heart in the middle and pink around the edges that I would like to make but I can't find a pattern of it. would it be possible for you to tell me how to make them with different colours and patterns within then. I would be very greatful.
Hi I'm attempting making my first loom board but have just realised that most loom boards has even numbers along one side then odd numbers on the width. My question is I've marked out my frame and I have odd numbers both sides i.e. Width 19 nails and length 25 nails, will this work or does it have to be even and odd numbers along the width and length?
hi hun my 1st frame i made was out of the table from a old high chair table one of those from the high chair and table the wood has to be A HARD WOOD my 2nd one that was made i made it double frame and reinforced the corner with metal clamps as mine buckled the only prob is you must tie really tight or pompoms fall out hope this is of help to you xx happy pompom making well worth the hassle xxxx
I'm a little confused as to how many strands your are wrapping on each complete round? It looks like you have two balls under the table but it looks like more strands than that. Also are you actually wrapping every other peg and then going back to the ones you skipped. Doing this 15 times over in each color?
daphne stapleton sorry to be a pain. But i can''t work out how far the nails are apart either, here you say 1'' which is about 25mm below 35mm, 38mm and 45mm, Which is correct lol Thank you in advance for help brill video

i want to make a queen size pom pom blanket...would i just need to make a huge loom? or do you know how to connect pom pom blankets..if so can you make a video of it thanks for this one very helpful :)
Here’s some information I found because I’m trying to do the same thing A standard queen mattress is 60”x80”. A standard queen comforter is 86”-88” wide and 96”-100” long. Keep in mind that you’ll have fringe all the way around of depth and length the same space as your nail spacing. So of your nails are 1.5” apart, and your loom nails distance is 88”x 100”, your blanket minus fringe will be aprox 86.5”x 98.5”. I hope that helps.
Ellie Wilson I would like to make a California king. If anybody has any ideas I would love to hear them. Also how do you connect yarn when one skein runs out? Do you just tie the yarn together?

A girl on TikTok makes bed sized ones. She made a frame 170cm x 140cm and spaced the nails 1 ½ inch along the frame. She uses 10 x 100g balls of wool for a complete blanket.
hi hun sorry no but the one im using was a side of a old children table n high chair the frame must be strong really strong as there is a lot of pulling on it
