Someone once told me the most important thing to do when you wake up is Smile. I don't know how it works but it works. As soon as my eyes open in the morning, I force myself to have a big smile on my face. I hold it here for 5 seconds and I can almost feel a positive vibe enter my soul. I promise it works. Just smile as hard as you can as soon as you wake up and your day will be that much better.

I love this!! If we spend a little more of our time working on our self and putting our needs first then we will have a better time taking care of others. I sometimes struggle with this because my kids usually wake me up and I am in the MOM role before I can even think of myself. I am going to make this more of a priority from now on.
