Hi MJ I enjoyed the class, it was well detailed and practical, however the language barrier was a challenge to me. I think its best to use plain English so we that don't understand your dialect can participate fully.

Thanks for the video ma, so insightful. But please can you make a separate video for English and a separate video for your language. Mixing both language makes it confusing because some important point you said it in your language and you don't say explain it much in English and vice versa( ( I know this is not intentional though, its happens because you are speaking both languages)

Is it the practice of Athena to be vague? I've asked to be specific on the reasons they tagged me ineligible for reapplication, when I was already scheduled for final interview so I have 1week preparation and found out the schedule was canceled by the interviewer a few hours before the set time (which was put on my spam email, so I haven't seen it). It was very husslea because the athena recruitment team keeps on sending reminders of my upcoming interview till the morning of the day of my interview and waited on the meeting room till almost 30mins while getting follow up thru your recruitment email. Then just say I'm no longer eligible for reapplication and provide the reasons which I asked which in particular did I violate and they just keep on sending the same message twice. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I hope you could enlighten me in this Ms Mj

Hi I tried to follow your steps very helpful thank you. I used my other email as an example for as client email. I set the the time zone in CST Chicago, however when I sent the email It was received as Philippines standard time . Where did I go wrong ?

Hi Ms. M.J., I love your tutorials. It is very hard to find tutorials that are for beginners that are so detailed. I've watched so... many, but keep finding that they are supposed to be for beginners, but they assume that you know how to do certain things already, and this creates a gap. To me this makes no sense, so many people get left behind and get stuck at this point. I know that you are representing Athena, but would love to see the same tutorials in English. They are so detailed and I love the close up shots, so your audience can actually see what you are doing. We need to be able to see the keys. So many tutorials go too fast or don't show the keys close up. Senior Citizens in the U.S. would love your tutorials and if you add a Tip Jar or charge a small fee per tutorial (many charge $2.00), We would be happy to pay. We hope to see more of your detailed tutorials in the future, and thank you so much for taking the time to do this.

I am about to continue the Inbox Management 1 but there is no option for the quizzes on Inbox Management 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. I clicked the link but it was on thr learning by doing already. If I will submit it, it will be incomplete since I am.missing the inbox management quizzes. Error with the link?Please help
