Harshith the strategy looks good to me but I still have the query that in an iron fly you're exposing yourself to 15-18k max loss which on 80k becomes 18-22% loss on capital. In reverse iron fly we're not even adjusting or trying to keep max loss under check. I agree that probability of that happening is very low but Murphy's law can kick in and if it does even 2-3 times in a year,we are potentially sitting on loss. Backtesting might show a good result and I hope it works fine for all, but how do you plan to address this huge max loss potential of Reverse Iron Fly ? Looking forward to your reply as I'm looking to trade with 50-60 lots capital and I'd be happy to see strategies where max loss potential is clipped. Thank you in advance

This type of strategy only good for those who have very less capital, Not for 10 lots + trader... Huge drawdown.

I fully agree with you. Also feel regardless of number of lots traded the drawdown is huge in terms of ROI and traders deploying smaller lots will also be edged out of the market soon. The youtuber needs to re assess the strategy and fashion out a suitable adjustment for Reverse Iron Fly. Tons have analysis in the past have proved that Strategies within the iron fly family tend to give poor returns unless adjusted. The adjustments tend to optimize returns in iron fly. Past analysis have proved that running iron fly without adjustments have resulted into a poor return of 6%. So why all this hassle , just put your money in bank FD & you are better off !!

Thanks for your presentation. The content was good. But tons of analysis in the past have proved that we cannot leave the iron fly family strategy unadjusted. Please re assess the Reverse Iron Fly and try to fashion out suitable adjustment. if this can be done, then your methods are worth trying >> All the best >>

Sir, at 7 minute, instead of Wednesday, uou calculated for Thursday 315pm. Both prev week loss and next week % range went wrong. Prev week loss was only ₹1000, and next week reverse apply nahi hogi, nut IF apply karni thi, for 31 Jan expiry, which Changed ₹5020 profit to ₹2000 loss. ₹7000 difference is overall profit.
