If you want to taste more of the spinach, put it in during the last few minutes. It will cook down fast from the heat. Most people put it in sooner because they're trying to hide spinach!
Im not big on chicken unless it's fried, but that looks scrumptious!! I remember you being afraid you'd starve when you moved. You've come a long way baby! (You are way too young for that reference 😂)
