Good morning Keith. This is exhausting. But if the girl is mad they broke up, maybe she felt like since he gave it to her she had no choice but to be with him and then got hurt because he wanted to move on and spread his love and pain other places to other people. You can get checked with someone and they be clean but when you get comfortable and you have unprotected sex and cheating happens. If he knew he had it, he should have disclosed it.
