Part 2: Geelong and The Great Ocean Road Trip 

Welcome Back !!!
On our next leg of the journey (and its only a little one of 180 kms) we leave Ararat after a visit to the infamous Ararat Old Gaol and the Lunatic Asylum.
We visit this pretty spooky spot along the way which reminds us of how badly sometimes we used to look after our most vulnerable.
We travel on as many back roads as I could find weaving down to Geelong. I much prefer the less travelled roads over the direct routes.... ask anyone I travel with!! Sometime deliberate and sometimes just a lucky accident.
