Your video helped me get this simple job done. In the end, you showed it was 1. Install bulb. 2. Clip retainer springs in place. 3. Put connector on back of bulb and turn CW. 4. Clip aluminum cover in place 5. Install plastic waterproof cover. Done! Thanks!! I put some Vaseline on the gasket of the plastic waterproof cover. Made turning it easier.
I have a gs400 and my driver headlight was out, there is so many wires in the way in order to replace it, thankfully I got help and we got it done but that was a headache , easily 2 hrs trying to replace it 💔

I just found out my GS400 is HID i believe, it has three different wires. I learned the hard way of buying OEM Ebay replacement headlights that are halogen. I can't find my DRL/Signal wiring harness just high beams and three other plugs im not sure what they are!

Hi I’m assuming it’s a different year is your gs450h and I am not sure if you got the right part or what but check there first sometimes some bulbs don’t work the same as the OEM since you mention. Also it could be not fully connected or possibly loose. Check on couple of those things hope it helps. Good luck!
Sorry bud I had a little trouble holding the camera and doing the spring at the same time. But it's like a little trick to push the little clip then get it out.

Anyone know where to get the whole headlamp replacement. A lot of aftermarket ones on Ebay and Amazon say Halogen model fitment only. Not compatible with Factory HID : (
Oh must be the the sign of times since it's been readily available before but now their hard to find. I normally see those in Ebay but because of low supplies no longer available. Sorry mate!
