Actually mas mainit ang container house kahit may insulator na lalo na dito satin na tropical weather, kaya kailangan talaga ng ac kung madaling lumapot ang dugo nyo. 😅 So hangga't maaari gamitin lahat ng pwedeng maglessen ng init even yung paligid like mas maraming halaman or puno mas mainam for extra shades at fresh air.

dapat meron silang website na pwede gumawa ng gustong config na bahay ng customer, then may estimated price na. Big project, but as a web developer here, the customer will appreciate it, and mas mapapabilis yung income flow sa company, and convenience nadin sa client.

mas less stress at economical ito kesa magpagawa ng bahay starting from scratch...ang prep mo lang ay ang lupang pagtatayuan, design na gusto mo at simple maintenance.....minimalist, modern, brutalist, modular....

Sana mgkaroon n cla ng installment as soon as possible.pra mka avail ako..minimum wage lng po.

Hindi po nadiscuss sa vlog kung anong insulation ginamit sa mga walls para sa init Hindi din nadiscuss kung may insulation ba para sa noise since steel sya, pag umulan maingay, at nagba bounce yung sound sa loob lalo pag magpapatugtog ng nakaspeaker since steel nga sya. And hindi rin nadiscuss yung elements na pinagstore dyan since container sya na ginawang bahay

Maganda to sya.. ang kulang lang is ventilations. Not enough windows… sana yung ventilations is a must like sa ibang countries, to minimize din yung humidity.

As what you said P170k complete furnished na may cr at kwarto na. Free 1steel door and 1-2steel window. Kaya lang po yun sa cr at kusina laging nababasa ng tubig. Wala pl ako nkita na kusina. Cr lang. Puede pl ito ipatong direct na sa hallow block. Sealed duon sa hallowblock and adobe yun containervan para bungalow stye na at mataas tingnan. Yun septic tank hiwalay pala dapat sa container van kasi para walang amoy sa loob at kung full na ang septic tank puede maremedyohan. How i Wish i could have one. Maspractical para magkaroon agad ng house at mas menus pa sa contractor. Bali ang mag assemble pl nito ay yun may ari ng company at free install pa. Sa isang unit ba puede 2bedroom. 1master bedroom at room sa anak. Bahain po kasi sa Valenzuela,Bulacan kaya mas maganda at safe pb na ipatong ito sa hollowblock at adobe or puede hollowblock nlng para safe at para kung patungan ng containervan di madurog ang hallowblock and adobe. Just inquiring only because its one of my dream house na puede agad matirahan.
