These videos fascinate me. In addition to most all of the camera models he mentions, I’ve had an original Minolta bellows setup and extension tube set for many years, but I’ve been using other brands of lenses. Now I need to locate a nice Minolta macro lens. Thanks for introducing us to Mr. Woo!
The Chinese also made a Leica copy as did many others. Seagull also made aTLR that was inexpensive and once upon a time was fairly populor mainly for the price.
John, the saying was "Only from the Mind of Minolta", they are missed by many and some of us old ***** still buy their old camera bodies and lenses. The "CLE" rangefinder with Interchangeable lenses was class leading and in many ways better than the Leica's at the time. Hard to find excellent used one's however, I have looked and not found anything I would buy yet and they are priced high even for some that are not in fantastic shape unfortunately.
