South Africa has nothing to lose because everyone thinks she won’t win purely based on South Africa’s three years success so she went all out but I really loved her look, she gave us queen performance! All I saw was shimmery rhinestone that we see every year, Singapore gave us something as well and I like that!

In Vietnam, beauty pageant organizations understand that English communication skill is a very important skill at international competition, but ultimately the genuineness, kindness, compassionate, social work contribution are the most important qualities a Vietnamese queen must have because they're looking for a queen who is genuinely kind and willing to help others- the underprivileged and make changes in the society in her country and who will represent Vietnamese beauty that's simple, kind, humble and friendly. It's sad that there are not many queens speaking well English but it's very common in Vietnam not many people speaking English. In the future there will definitely be more queens speaking English. In my opinion, speaking English well is very helpful for international competitions, and if the queen has that, it'd be perfect, but I don't think it defines one's intelligence, beauty, and capability to help and influence others. I'm trying my best to answer your questions regarding miss Vietnam. Thanks for the support ❤️

Rabiya’s 🇵🇭 overall performance is really bland. I feel that Filipinos are just forcing them selves to praise her performance. It’s just like “I’ll clap for her because she is Filipino”. And I am so disappointed to see this happen to her. I was expecting more especially that there is a new organisation that handles the Philippines’ rep to Miss Universe. She was overhype days prior to the prelims and I did understand why - she has the beauty and the momentum in favour of her. Sponsor after sponsor after sponsor all love Rabiya. Was she worthy of the hype? Yes! But not until the National Costume show. It was a flop, a disappointment on stage. My first reaction when I saw her silhouette while Peru was walking was “wth is that pair of wings?” Then the spotlight was on her and viola! What a mess! My mind suddenly thought of Victoria Secret angels - which has nothing to do with the Philippines at all. And for goodness sake, VS show is dead. Why get inspiration from this? Except for the colors of the flag I couldn’t see any cultural relevance on her costume at all. It’s just bland and being a Filipino, I did not connect to her presentation at all. Then she cried. Oh hell yes, shed a tear girl, but why would you do that? That literally showed lack of confidence to herself and to her preparation in this competition. I couldn’t believe she made it happen - the crying and the apologising were just uncalled for. If she prepared well she knows that she can ace anything. So her teardrops are just testaments that her preparation is a flop as well. Swimsuit preliminary is her strongest point. Yup, she knows how to work this segment and her presentation was one of the best. Then the evening gown came and viola again, a heavy and “not pageant worthy” gown appeared before our eyes. It was just awful! She looked short and stout and her presentation is the worst among the Miss Philippines since 2010. While everyone else applauded her, I was shouting “burn that piece of sht”. Why would the designer force the concept of the rising sun? It was poorly executed. Just because Catriona draw inspiration from the volcano, other designers should follow of creating a gown from other natural elements. I would have just made a flowy gown that is comfortable for Rabiya to sashay on stage. And for the record, that cape is tacky and unnecessary. So what are lacking with Rabiya? It’s NOT her beauty as I consider her as one of the most beautiful Filipina to grace the Miss Universe stage in the last ten years. These are missing so far: 1. PROJECTION - unlike other ladies who mastered the art of projection, Rabiya’s stare is all over the place when she is on stage. It’s like she doesn’t know where to look and there’s A lot of unnecessary head turning. She is just out of focus when she hears the screams of the audience. She is easily carried away by the praising noise that she creates wrong projections. 2. The b 0 0 b J 0.B - one of the comments that I read focuses on her enhancement. Yes they look great but with this pair on her was a bad idea. She is a short woman and a full chest made her look like a deformed tomato. She should have kept her physique when she won the local pageant as she appeared tall and slender in her evening gown then. 3. Speaking - Rabiya does not appear natural when she speaks. It’s like there’s always an oratorical contest. Though the flow of ideas are good, her over emphasis of her statements makes her point less genuine. She should relax and learn to laugh - just like communicating with your friends. 4. Handlers - I think there are just to many people involved in her preparation and that is very very bad. Gays have overly flamboyant ideas and oftentimes these ideas merge like crazy. As a result, there is just too much going on in a single project. I also emphasised on my posts in social media that Rabiya should be the head planner, not her creative director or national director. She should decide what to wear and how to wear it because she will be the one walking on stage. Catriona succeeded because she planned her costume and gown and she had the final say. People just supported her to execute her ideas. This was missing on Rabiya’s plight that’s why she was a mess and she was uncomfortable on stage. And yes, that’s why she cried. I really commend Thailand because they surprised us all. Months leading to the competition, they always post photos of Amanda who is all glammed up and during the preliminary we were presented with simple yet elegant Amanda. Her gown is chic and simple that you just focused on her face and her performance. Plus her pasarela was not overly done. I guess Miss Universe Thailand learned from 2019 after overcooking Fashai. This time they settled for simplicity. I still have high hopes on Rabiya and I’m only hoping to see one thing if ever she makes it to the finals - I want to see a stress-free candidate walking carefree and with high finesse on a gown that she is comfortable wearing on stage.

I think Rabya won't make it far this year. The yellow gown killed her beautiful body and her walk. Pity! Thailand or Indonesia or Nepal will replace Philipines in top 10 this year I think. Good luck Philippines. Hope you won't wear that yellow gown again cuz it was designed for your body.
