Great video series. I pick up my "project cart" tomorrow so this has been very helpful. I'm not sure of its condition (only seen pics) so your tear down and parts ordering definitely shortened my learning curve. Big thx and look fwd to part 3.

Nice build! I'm doing one very similar. I hit the frame with some Rust-Oleum Rust Reformer and it looks great. If you're looking for a really cool body for it check out the Madjax Storm kit.

Nice build, looking forward to part 3.. Hoping you can get a constant 18-20 mph up that hill once that controller is replaced. Curious is the spend to get all the fixes about $1k?

Thank you. I haven't had time yet to order and install the new controller, but I think it will fix it. If I could get near 18 mph up that hill I would be very happy. I paid $400 for the cart, $650 for batteries, and around 300 or $400 in other parts.
