@@JenRestyleandFashion My words are more true than kind. I am looking to fill my eyes with beauty at this point in my life. I also love craftsmanship, creativity, skill and daring to innovate. I'm retired now and have to time pay attention. I will get more involved and back to work myself when I finish projects on my home and my mother's home. Until then, I am supplying myself with sewing notions, tools equipment and definitely enjoying seeing your productions. You are the most creative of all that I have ever watched on RU-vid. I really cannot express how much I enjoy myself watching your productions, the thrifting, styling, etc. I love seeing you enjoy life by going out looking so sharp. You've gone full circle especially once you go out with your beautiful outfits.

I really enjoy your videos and reels. I have a best friend and we thrift when we go out of town. I grew up with hand me downs, rummage sale clothes, Goodwill and Salvation Army pieces. I do not need to thrift, I love to thrift shop. Earlier in my 20s and early 30s, I was an executive and thrifted many items from the White Elephant in Chicago. I taught my kids to thrift shop very young, and armed with their masters degrees at 21, they bought houses near my house and furnished them with second hand pieces. My passion is designing and I have been doing it my entire life. Loving upscale pieces (for bargain prices) requires great imagination.

Hey there! We enjoy thrifting! Like yourself, I grew up with some hand-me-downs from my cousins which I loved. Thrifting did not happen for me until later in life but I love it. Jen and I are probably the only two in both our friendship circles that enjoy thrifting together. 😂

@@tgayden4136 I developed an eye for well made items and inspired my friend of 25 years to get into thrifting. I have everything that I need and many things checked off my want list. But, you just never know what you will find. I just cannot help myself. No one in my husband’s family is into thrifting, but everyone in my family thrifts regularly. My father had us later in his life, and went through the Great Depression. Our mother was 13 years younger. I learned about value, workmanship, and quality from them. When I was in grade school, thrifting was not cool. But, my mom and dad saved all the money for our educations and houses for my sisters. I really appreciate seeing Jen redo and reimagine her clothing options. Clothing, accessories and shoes are my passion, but, I also give away many things to charity. Thank you for responding. Love seeing shopping in Atlanta.

Castor oil works great to remove makeup; then cleanse again as usual
