I know right! If these writers would give him more Hard hitting story lines and less romantic relationship based story lines he would be able to show it more.
Well I mean, Harry was willing to stand by his side, but remember; Ste pushed him away in the first place and now he's acting this way.. I would probably have done the same.
give him some time! i think harry truly cares about ste, but, like ste, he is at the mercy of his emotions at this moment. ste pushed him away in a very harsh way, then he shows up at his school acting like a fool, in front of all his mates. i think harry's reaction is quite understandable.

You're right... this "on/off" is annoying and both of them should have the courage to be together if they really want to. But as much as I feel sorry for Ste in this part... I can understand why Harry reacted the way he did. He was hurt more than once by Ste and surely he felt humiliated infront of his class mates.

+Nazarene Wyckoff The character of Ste should have left the show a long while ago. It´s so repetitive and there´s nothing like about him. John Paul is totally wasted since he returned btw. He´s always involved with married man and things like that. HO is a mess.
Of course John Paul was right about ste but he is also hypocritical in trying to tell harry thar he shouldnt be with him, because he still wants to be with the hot mess. Maybe ste isn't the only one who needs to grow up!

Ste needs to work on himself. He needs to learn how to love himself before he can ever learn to love anyone else. He has to stop thing of himself as a waste and low life. And he was to learn to live with out drug and alcohol. In the bad times of his lif jyst as he does when his life is going well. Until the wirtes let him do all that he can never have a stable relationship with anyone. And if anyone thought that Harry was going to react any better then he did they were so wrong, You have to remember hes still a kid trying to fit in and does want to be embarrassed at school where most people think he is a cool footy star,
