This is a really good tutorial. Glad that when there was a mistake or something you showed the fix rather then cutting it out of the video. Sooo handy.
And here I thought I was the only one that used dynamic parent. I seriously can't believe that it's not a default part of Blender. I'm just getting back into animation (on a new channel) and I was worried that the addon would no longer work.
When I tried the epicfigrig on a Sonic mini figure, the head did not connect to the body. And when I connected the Sonic head to a normal head, the normal head just went through the Sonic head clipping through, making me unable to move the figure. Infact any character with a head accessory wouldn’t allow me to even move the figure.

how do i snap object to characters hand like bottles or other stuff and animates it? i want my character to be able to pick up an object and throw it away
so, i want my keyframes to work more stopmotion they all just smooth out to come together like a normal animation rather than just happening when it comes to that keyframe, any help?
I didn't find a way to fix it so I deleted the character and imported him again. This time I can only move his legs and nothing else. I'm a little salty by now. Whenever I try to learn something new I hit the wall. I google for solutions but I find nothing. How do you overcome this? How do you find a solution? Whenever I try to I just realize how deep it goes. I don't know.. this so called tutorial hell is killing me man.
hey, I have a little question, what touch/key did you use to move you clone trooper and to rotate him? When I do Left Clic, it makes me select with a rectangle or do something really strange, it make a arrow that always is on the center direction. thanks ^^
hey, its me, I have a little problem, all the bones are not connected to the part of the minifigure and some of the parts of the minifigure are not connected between theirself, is this normal?
Exactly the same way i think and basically use ur creativity. If u need any inspiration for a droid animation Owenator also posted a small animation a couple years ago :)
