As someone who loves Shovel Knight and the Ori games, I adore how these two play in Rivals since they feel like they were pulled right from the source material.
woooooooooow what an insanely helpful guide for anyone (me) who new to rivals and wants a fast-lane option to researching the competitive aspects of the game. Cant believe this doesn't have more views!
Firstly hope your break with college work went well but HOLY MOLY IT'S HERE!! I know near everything about this game and I'm still excited to watch it! I'll be sure to share this where I can, and here's to part 4 and whatever content you make next (Rivals 2 hype!!).
Thank you so much for creating this series! As a Smash player looking into Rivals, this has been the perfect transitional content and has inspired me to pick up the game!
What up chucklenuts, its ya boy (a Wrastor main) and let me tell you all about why Wrastor is better than everyone! Number 1: He is Wrastor Thanks for watching make sure to like subscribe and hit that bell!
Thanks for making this. Resources like this are valuable, and I hate how much this game's community insists on using discord to teach players rather than just making a wiki like literally every other fighting game.
Great explanation of Sylvanos! really makes this video worth sharing with my smasher friends! Saved the playlist, you can take ur time if it means we're gonna have quality content like this
This is an exceptional analysis for new players. I can really appreciate the nuance of your word choice and how you present the information, it informs and sells the characters very well
Thank you immensely for this video. Just got into the game coming from Ultimate and this really helped me so I don’t have to take as much time diving into labbing characters myself to figure out who to play
Lol what a coincidence, I picked up Rivals recently and found this video series 2 days ago, and then you add a new video for the first time in 2 years.
Watched all three videos in this series. I've been eyeing RoA for a while, but you have me completely sold. I'm gonna buy this game this week. Looking forward to it!
I really love How in Rivals of aether and fraymakers was a agressive zoning neutral based characters who wants to zone people out on a mid range with puddle bubbles (down special and Fair) and his tilts and aireals in neutral now in Rivals 2 he is a set play Monster who can ledge trap kill confirm set up with puddle with every situation
Hey this sawtooth guy is pretty informative! I'm gonna subscribe! For real though, super happy you got this bad boy out and made it as informative and detailed as it is. The editing and hard work you put into it shows, and has me excited for the thrilling conclusion to the series. Can't wait for that and the other projects you've got coming. Keep at it buddy. Love ya.
Getting the game again for the first time since the game came out with Xbox Gold as a free game I remember maining Kragg and I’m looking forward to trying out Sylvanos and Olympia as well
my only problem with Wrastor is that i am very used to doing all my aerial attacks with my C stick (on GameCube controller) i have R set to jump and Z to shorthop, and i always use R+C stick to do aerials because i tend to misinput with control stick + a, so i always forget he has non-strongs in the air as well
@@blyg9992 yeah, i guess that's why it's kinda stuck as a relatively small game. Hope it branches out to a bigger audience in the future tho because it's really the only other decent platform fighter other than smash
I'm no expert but if you are planning to pick a character that relies heavily on gimmicks like elliana or sylvanos pick them first, they just became harder to pick after you experience other characters, but beware that your fundamentals will be lacking with these characters as to compare with more fundamentals base characters like ranno or zetterburn.
