People don't ask for help because they know when they ask for help they get punished.

Suicide comes from hurt that is constant. I do not care how old you are being bullied. Gossip about. Isolated one person. Make fun how you look just keep on keep on at that person. Stick and stone might break your bones but also words hurt worse than ever. I had a good heart now i am so much pain i hate everyone so much. I tried many times to kill myself. So many people told me to kill myself. Want is worth living when so many wants me dead

Rates of suicide in the United States are at a more than 20-y high. Suicide contagion, or spread of suicide-related thoughts and behaviors through exposure to sensationalized and harmful content is a well-recognized phenomenon.
