I’m watching this again for the millionth time, and it still shocks me. It’s so great to watch it knowing that she LOST this debacle of a testimony. The whole world knows what a liar she is.

I’m a trained makeup artist and I have to say that if there are fresh cuts or abrasions such as a split lip, we don’t put makeup on it. Additionally, ice won’t get rid of a broken nose. Her claims are false. Makeup isn’t magic
I am not trained but this was a talent that came naturally to me. So I only do makeup for friends and family. I would NOT apply anything to any bruises or cuts. It's not sanitary to do at all, you would have to throw away everything you used (if anyone were to do that). She tried to lie.

As a person who had an ex break my nose, I'm super offended by her claiming that injury. If you're punched by a dude, people won't be fooled by make-up. My nose was swollen for over a week and the bruises stayed longer. About to undergo my second corrective surgery soon. I am so pissed she is using real women's abuse to manufacture lies. Johnny wasn't perfect in the relationship but he didn't physically abuse her. It's so obvious. I hope Johnny wins this case. He's already won in the public eye.

As a former ER nurse . I can categorically state that no amount of ice and or make up can disguise a punch to the nose especially if the alleged perpetrator was wearing heaviny rings.
Not an ER nurse, but did work trauma ICU, and that testimony would be laughable if a person's reputation weren't at stake. NO WAY could a broken nose look normal in the immediate aftermath.
RN here also, the ice will only temporarily keep the swelling down. Her nose would have been swelling up in the pictures at the gala that night. What foolish, foolish immature female.
I think Heard is lying, otherwise she would have presented the picture But, not everyone swells up after getting punched in the face/nose. You can get hit hard in the nose without substantial swelling. And if you've been punched in the nose, you know it doesn't have to break to get the same sensation as breaking it. I personally was jumped by 5 men, beaten unconscious, to the point that I had a brain bleed, and days of amnesia. Probably 20+ punches directly to my face and head. Looking at my face, you wouldn't have really known, except from the back of my head from hitting the concrete. I just didn't really swell much, and my skin is hard to break. I couldn't breathe out of one of my nostrils for a month, and my jaw still doesn't work right. But you'd have never known by looking at me.
My husband took a pic of me all passed out from pain pills but he showed only ME to prove to me how bad the pills messed me up. He then helped me to bed where I spent a week w his help getting off the pills. That's how you treat a loved one.

Elaine's constant arguing about the judge sustaining or overruling objections was extremely unprofessional, and i'm surprised the Judge didn't reprimand her for it. From an observers standpoint, I found it to be petty, argumentative, 😊, and it was as if she deliberately tried to eat into the plaintiffs cross-examination and total trial time. She and Heard are on the same page.
Her snobby attitude and demeanor is not that of an abused victim. I don't think I've ever been this repulsed by anyone. I cannot wait to see her loose this case!

She did that because she is frustrated with them. They clearly told her to stop her dramatic grimaces ("my dog stepped on a bee" and so on). She is angry they gave her orders. She is a living nightmare to her own lawyers. This is her "revenge".
It’s the only move to make in that situation. You point the blame at your legal team since the jury will view it as incompetence rather than maliciousness. Then the client and legal team continue trying to redirect until the jury either buys that the exhibit somehow was misplaced, or the opposing counsel drops the issue. At least that’s the hope. What Depp’s counsel is doing here is the logical counter, which is to wear Heard down to the point where she slips and lashes out. Since they can’t actually prove there is no photo (you can’t prove the non-existence of a piece of evidence other than by simply claiming it’s not entered), they’re pounding on the table to get Heard to act in a way that will turn the jury against her
Camille is a beast! The pauses between words feel ever worse than the words themselves. When AH asks Camille to explain or repeat questions that are damning, you can see her thinking of a convenient answer. I’ve never seen a person lie so much under oath.
A broken nose would include 2 black eyes, swelling and, with rings, lacerated skin. No amount of makeup would hide that. Just stop Amber, no one believes you.
I would think Amber would have her makeup artist testify if it happened. That would clear up the questions on how she could hide the bruises with makeup.

Someranging from Spouse murders, child abuse and/or murders from long term abuse, self mutilation, and with traumatic long term mental effects. Did anyone notice how she explains the way to cover up her "bruise' that she is actually explaining how to create a bruise. And she slips and says bruise kit, then quickly tries to cover it up. There are special effects colors wheel "kits" that are specifically for creating the appearance of bruises. She was explaining how to create a bruise not cover it up. This trial has been over for months, but, every time I listen to a video of the trial, it makes me mad all over again.
I find it hard to believe that she didn’t seek any medical treatment or consultation with a plastic surgeon about her nose supposedly being broken. Her face, looks are important to her film career. How would she not be concerned about that? Especially, how narcissistic she clearly is. Her ability to lie is absolutely mind blowing.
If she didn’t seek medical attention with a broken nose, her nose should look deformed from one or multiple instances. It doesn’t look like it’s been broken in any way at all. As someone who's boxed for over a decade, the kinds of injuries Heard claims she received would leave your face looking like ground beef. No amount of makeup covers that up. Especially if the person punching you has rings on. Also the person doing the punching would likely have several broken fingers/hands if they were hitting you hard enough to give you a concussion or a broken nose with rings on. Punching with rings on is more likely to result in hurting yourself just as much if not more than hurting someone else. Brass knuckles are designed with a palm brace that transmits the energy from your wrist to the target and entirely bypasses your fingers. If you remove the brace that connects the "knuckles" to your wrist all you do is transmit all that force into the tiny bones in your fingers breaking them. The human skull is harder and stronger than the bones in your fingers so the bones in your fingers lose that fight.
What you have written corresponds to Johnny Depp's testimony that he would never have injured his own finger because he is a guitarist ; injuring his digits would prevent him from doing the thing he loves. I’ve had many patients coming to the Operating Room for sustained injuries related to DV. Not one wants to talk about the injuries but as soon as we have to repair something, anything we collect is put to evidence. I don’t think amber understands what she is talking about.
I am a survivor of physical, sexual, and mental abuse and I completely understand why Johnny refuses to look at her. I too have told my abusers the same thing and they have behaved the same way as Amber is behaving.

I have had two black eyes and my face was swollen. My eyes were black and dark purple the next day. I caked on makeup used eye shadow and everything to hide it but everyone at work was like, "Oh my God what happened? Are you ok?" I don't believe a word she is saying. I’m no supporter of AH in this case but they did have a pledge PLAN to pay the $3.5 mil over the course of 10 years. This makes sense since non profits don’t usually take hefty donations like this in big chunks. BUT she implied that because she is being sued, she will use that money instead for her defense. That is the problem here
@@TheAznization gotcha! yea if the plan was to pay it over 10 years, she'd be better off just saying, "no I haven't donated the entirety, but the plan is in place to pay it over 10 years" rather than "yes I donated it in it's entirety, I use donate and pledge synonymously." The way she skirted around it made her look really bad and unable to admit she mislead the public that she already donated the full $7mill. I'm still open minded to hearing all opinions, but she definitely doesn't do herself any favors!
Her demeanor is EXACTLY what the just needs to observe.After this many days of trial,I can read her like a well-read novel……so can the jury.She thinks she’s intimidating them,when in fact,she’s displaying her true self.
Amber not wanting Johnny to pay the charities directly PROVES, beyond a shadow of doubt, that her INTENTION to give the $$ to charities was more for HER benefit than the charities’ benefit.

She’s totally throwing her legal team under the bus and implying that it’s their fault she doesn’t have enough substantial evidence. In reality, it’s her fault that she didn’t show the picture because *the picture doesn’t exist.* She has no actual proof on her injuries, otherwise the pictures and medical records would have been submitted on time for this trial and everyone would have been able to view how badly she was supposedly physically abused. So upsetting to see Amber Heard shamelessly lie under oath and accuse everyone else of lying instead.

Man, this “victim” is sure good at camouflaging bruises and swelling! And using ice to reduce the swelling of a broken nose in less than 24 hours is quite an accomplishment, not to mention she’s so TOUGH that she didn’t need to seek medical attention! I’ve seen a few broken noses in my lifetime and I can’t imagine being able to hide it so well. This chick is a real piece of work!
She literally describes like professional MMA fights with Karate Johnny doing flying kicks and Hulk smash moves and yet her injuries are 🧐🧐🧐 We've all seen fighters after matches and they're professionals used to getting punched and they usually look wrecked, even minor fights. From what she's describing there's no way she could hide any of that with makeup and ice. Definitely not doing live appearances on TV or the red carpet the days after. You wouldn't be able to show your face for weeks. It just doesn't add up. Unless shes made of metal and Johnny hits like a mouse 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I've had a broken nose. There's no way ice and makeup will conceal it completely, i don't care how good your make up team is. The day after, i woke up with two VERY black eyes as well, which my doctor said is typical with a broken nose. She wouldn't just be covering up a little swelling and redness- Dermablend foundation (the stuff that covers tattoos) didn't even hide my bruises. It's been almost 6 months and my nose still hasn't completely gone back to normal. No way was she smiling and red carpet perfect in 24 hours. You're miserable, breathing through your mouth bc your nose can't get any air through it.

I can't believe what I'm hearing. She lies in a way that reminds me of Casey Anthony. One lie begets another and if caught she remains completely unimpressed. Even I find all that embarrassing, but she shows no emotion whatsoever.
I give him credit for being brave enough to put all his business out there in the name of the truth. I’m glad, he is doing this,since very rarely a man will accept that is a victim of domestic violence and I hope this encourage men to file and demand protection.

I think maybe she is starting to believe her own lies. She gave a picture of her injuries to her lawyers but they would not show it to the jury? It either does not exist or it was obviously doctored or it would have been shown as evidence. Johnny's lawyers are all really good and well prepared.
She is borderline personality so she actually believes her lies. That is what makes dealing with people like her so difficult and scary. Ps. She is such a loser lol

Omg my husband has at least 50 pictures of me asleep “nodding off” and I am stone cold sober just exhausted after 12 hours of work or a day of play. Dear lord this is shameful to women who have been backhanded sustained broken noses, fat lips, blacken eyes.

It's what you're told to do by any competent defense attorney, it serves to build report with the jury and make yourself seem more charismatic and likeable.

JD’s lawyer is a beast on cross examination. I love how she’s ripping the liar on the stand a new one. What is sad is that there are women out there that actually experienced Domestic Violence and then you have women like Amber Turd that “cry wolf” or try to act like a victim is sad.
That is sad, what else is sad is that every day male victims of domestic abuse get scrutinised and never get the justice they deserve, they always believe the women over the men.. this case.. hopefully.. will be a turning point for all and a step closer to total gender equality

While Camille has never been successfully objected against or failed to consistently produce evidence. Amber has been fumbling, back tracking, adding to her story, changing the story and omitting it’s so obvious. It’s evident Camille is shitting on Amber’s entire legal team. Amber even threw them under the bus for not producing certain pictures to be published into evidence. I don’t know how this trial is still going.
