Dreka is such an amazing role model. She has the money to do whatever she wants basically and to see her farming, bee keeping, gardening, etc.. is so refreshing to see! 💖

People really think that getting all these degrees is the answer..NO‼️ Its NOT! Becoming in tune with yourself, is the answer, the reason for your being🙌🏾

One thing I like about planting plants is it gives you a chance to reflect on life in order to become a better person.

I definitely cried tears of joy watching this video. As someone who grew up in the city, I would travel to Alabama every year for “May 28th” (when the slaves became free in that town) and I always loved it! There isn’t anywhere I have ever been in this world still that I have felt more at peace. My great grandmother still lives there. She’s 104 years old now!

If you ever decided to do a women’s harvest retreat, I would pay for a moment of peace.. I have my own RV

I’m literally in tears and have the chills !! This wasn’t just about creating this masterpiece of a healthier lifestyle, it was the journey & evolution of YOU & celebrating us women. I NEEDED more. Us women don’t always get that reassurance of the power we hold. I thank you & I received this. 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️

I understand everything she’s saying, I wasn’t really into nature a lot but after losing my mom being on a lake near water or just sitting outside on my porch took so much off my mind and at the same time gave me comfort and meaning, but my mom use to sit on her porch all the time 😔 and the chair she sat in I have it now and it’s been almost seven years since she’s been gone now I see why she sat on her porch and she also use to go to the lake and sit, crazy how you end up doing things only to realize later why 😔 and for the past few years I’ve really wanted to get into gardening 😊 I’m here to tell anybody nature is Peace and it’s also healing I promise ❤️ can’t wait to see everything when she’s done I know it’s going to be Beautiful ❤️

She’s so not lying about the sun, I have Covid & has been in the house but on yesterday I crawled to my back door & the porch & sat outside in a chair for 2hours. I feel so much better today & another thing the part about the great energy being put into what’s grown is a BIG factor, it’s a great feeling when it’s grown/raised spiritually positive natural. BIG DIFFERENCE. Last thing patience is key to gardening💯

I'm from Mississippi and when I was little my grandfather made us participate in the farm chores and it was so fun. Living off the land was how he raised his children and grandchildren. It was a sin in our family to hit a deer or rabbit and NOT put them in your trunk to eat later.

You had me emotional in this video! I’m staying in the city limits of my town now and I HATE it. Like you said it’s cool being close to shops, but my kids have nowhere to play. They literally play in a non busy area of our parking lot. Being inside affects out moods. I’ve noticed when we’re inside for a couple of days we’re going at each other’s necks, but once I realize what’s happening, we go outside a feel that sunlight and we’re straight. I can’t wait to move.

As an adolescent I remember going to the trees to communicate with mother nature. I realized that the smaller branches were on top and the larger branches lifted them up. It was like my ancestors were reminding me that now is my time. Tears of joy and understanding! The elements communicate with us if we just take time to listen.

I’m a city lady born and raised. When I retired and moved to Florida into my first house that’s when I fell in love with gardening. There is a documentary The Biggest little Farm that you should watch. Keep up the great work!!!

I have just recently found this video in 2024 and at first I wasn’t sure if posting a comment would make a difference. But I begin to reminisce on my childhood memories of my grandmothers residence playing outside in nature. This brought me to tears knowing how much I miss and love being out in nature. The property is now ruined because of her mental illness. So sad 😞 that she got rid of all the fruit trees such as peaches, cherries,raspberries apricots,plums,kumquats which were my favorite fruit. And she had a fig tree which was her favorite fruit. And she also had walnut tree that was my grandpa’s favorite tree. I also remember this particular peacock would come and eat the walnuts from the tree. These were great memories for me growing up and playing out in yard catching butterflies,bees, dragonflies and other insects like ladybugs which were my favorite thing to do. Watching this video makes me appreciate the value of living on earth. I am praying 🙏🏾 that I will make another experience of living in true love and beauty in this lifetime. Thank you Dreka for posting this video when you did.

Yes, women are walking portals that bring life into everything. Holding a space for someone is also a powerful way to allow someone to release things that are holding them back and you hold them in a space of LOVE, INTEGRITY, HEALTH, ABUNDANCE or what ever they are wishing to accomplish as far as their dreams....When you create that space its a boomerang that comes back and propels you into a new space as well. God has a way of increase showing up without you asking by just honoring those you come in contact with who may not be strong at this time in their life.

nature has always drown me back to reality, humans are meant to be out side, working, bathing in dirt and sun, and animals. i lived all my life in the concreate jungle, city life was just exhausting, covid happen, lost my job, almost homeless, made my choice to get out of cali. best decision iv done so far, got my own place with big land super cheap, starting my own garden therapy. love every single part of it. thanks for the video really happy your family is enjoying it
