Part 3 - The Incredible Edible Egg. Scrambled Eggs 

Today’s episode is all about the incredible, edible egg.
Back when I was a kid, the American Egg Board (who even knew such a thing existed) had an advertisement about the incredible, edible egg and honestly, the title fits.
Eggs are wildly flexible and up until inflation ran up the price, pretty darn affordable.
Now I’m not going to suggest you make eggs for a date, but I bet your roommates would appreciate a perfectly cooked egg in the morning.
And let me suggest - if you have a friend with a chicken coup that sells his or her eggs, fresh farm eggs are amazing, albeit, a bit expensive.
