Hey Garret, cool use of those brackets, I haven’t seen them before. The mechanism is awesome but does using these brackets hurt your storage space when in normal travel mode? Is there anything you have to pick up and move which blocks the swing path of these? Maybe in the car it would be more clear but that is my concern with these. I designed a set of drawers based on your design (and love them) and I’m about to start designing a back seat setup so this info would be helpful!
These hinges do remove a bit of storage space. I previously had these pieces folding out from the top of the storage bin area instead of pivoting up from the front. I like these better due to ease of setup on the road, but if maximum storage is your goal, I'd recommend a top hinging solution similar to what I had in my original build videos.
