People are unhappy with corrupt and Immature leadership of Selfish Lobsang sangay coz of His inexperienced and poor leadership all Tibetan are unhappy n became disunity, LS even got scolded from his holiness due to his childish behaviour n not able to handle Tibetan society problems rather he points finger on others n blame others rather than solving problems.

All Tibetan people are not sad ok rather people welcome this judgement because we have faith on Tibetan justice system. Only aro khampas are not happy with this court decision because they think their people are above the law n justice, and they can go to any extent to support their regionalism and groupism. Law and justice don’t care people’s background rather they take decisions based on evidence and facts ok. So you better understand it first.

You don’t know anything about what the case is. The case is not against the Kashag. The case is against the 10 reason given by Kashag for his dismissal. And the case is not file in Indian court. It is filed in Tibetan court and it shows the democracy of exile government is working. Everyone should respect the judgment made by Tibetan supreme justice commission. No one is above law in democracy. Even sikyong also if he did wrong.
First of all , we were sincerely amazed by your objective , deep analysis. It clearly shows the importance of lack of transparency of this judgment. Refusing the testimony of one of the most important political personality such the ex-MP Dadon Sharling who won the highest votes from Utshang electors . Her testimony can not be refused. And the Supreme Court forget to investigate with the 2 other ladies' s testimony., which is also quite unusual. Therefore, this procedure does not comply with the international law . Besides, as bouddhiste we are expecting a minimum of equanimity and wisdom from that Supreme Court of justice! Do we really practice the democracy of 21st century? Or something else , in practically? History cannot use two different sets of balances . We hope the precious Dharma will guide the spirit of those responsibles . The law of causality exists and we believe in Karma.
