Political Stew brings the son of the winner of Nigeria's June 12 1993 Election MKO Abiola. Kola Abiola opens up on many issues; Politics, family, love and future plans
WOW! The first time I have seen close up image of Kola Abiola. The resemblance with his Dad is marvelous. Good man! He spoke very well too. Well done Kola Abiola.
Kola comes across here as knowledgeable & intelligent. That’s expected when you’re so thoroughbred. And I understand how difficult it must’ve been for him to convince or change hid dad’s mind, considering the amount of people milling around his father. Abiola shouldn’t have contested. And should have sat back after the annulment. Kola shouldn’t have accepted Buhari’s apologies. But I guess he wants to remain relevant as ‘one of the owners of Nigeria plc’. If you can’t beat them; join them. Hopefully he won’t make the mistake & miscalculation his father made which cost him hid dear life. CLAPPERTONS are not always your friends & ANTAGONISTS are not necessarily your enemies 🤔
@Tayo Ajayi therr is an adage in yoruba "if the past is not revited it then becomes difficult to move forward". Another Yoruba adage also says "if you don't forget the past you will not have anyone to count on as friends". The point am making is; let him speak his mind.
@@TheIgboRenaissance Do u mean 2 say only those who come out 2 contest top political positions are the ones doing it at the highest level ? Clearly u heard him say he was a lobbyist. In fact most top gamers are the ones in the background but whose influences are more.
@@tope.s1036 please lobbyist based on what? Kola is a nobody, a has been. His father's name does not draw crowds anymore. He is trying to use the name for a paycheck. When they asked him what his next plan is he was very vague because all he was saying there is I am happy to sell my family name to the highest bidder.
