In my opinion, You really need to do the Removable Door Mod. To that thing. It looks easy and awesome. There's videos all over here on RU-vid on how to do it.
Hello, I see that the engine is running more freely or is it just me and now with the clean filter it should work better, it is a work in progress. Repairing the gear lever was amazing how something so simple can make such a difference.
I'm just revving it higher now, which I kinda hate doing. I haven't really gotten on it too hard since I cleaned the filter, I'll have to do that. I'll let you know if it makes a difference.
Yeah I'm sure it didn't help. Im hoping between that and the stuff I put in the tank it'll pass next time. Fingers crossed. I wonder if anyone else with the Weber carb has issues passing. I also wonder if each vehicle has its own smog limit when it gets tested. Like tiny motors can only produce x amount but a huge motor would be many times more, or if it's just a set limit across the board. So many questions lol.
