The shadows on my version is not that detailed and do not shadow windows like your do, what could be the problem?

I love using sky texture aswell for my render but i always feels like the glass reflections looks a bit wrong for exterior renders if you don't have whats behind the camera modeled. Is there a way to keep the skytexture lightning but add some HDRI reflections without having the HDRI background visible ?(i usualy put transparent on so i can later on add a sky on photoshop to have more control)

we will get better light quality through hdri or sky texture?

HDRIs have a lot more detail in terms of clouds, trees, ground. which all add to realism. However, the light levels may not be 100% accurate, depending on how well they took the photos. The sky texture is very very accurate in terms of lighting levels but i think it would lack in realism from things like surrounding areas. However, the more i use the nishita sky texture the more i'm ejoying the freedom to more easily get the lighting i want, allowing me to make better artistic choices which add to realism. But starting out, if your sun height isn't so important, using HDRIs would more easily get more realistic results
