Very clear video. Just two tiny points which I am sure you (Amarbir) know, but anyway: I'd like to point out that the LPDC error correction and the Sony in-camera format are different issues. So IOW, if client had used a different card that was using a different and known error correction algorithm, NAND protocol recovery might have been possible. And also, post format card is not low level formatted (zero filled), but rather the Sony camera sends a TRIM like command which 'erases' the translator (SD_ERASE).

So by this means, is it unrecoverable because of the SD Card NAND protocol. Or because of the Camera. I've tried to recover Sandisk Extreme Pro 36 pins NAND, but there are no solutions to it yet.

@@TheEfX Yes that card also uses a wierd XOR or ECC Algorithm and unfortunately its not supported also yet

very tricky question ,The SD Card Should Be Opened " Carefully " For Internal Monolith Analysis And Then If Its OK That Card Can Be Used .Avoid LDPC ECC Type SD Cards Please
