I just got into fixing my 08 Big Bear. Sat for 10 years in the rain. Got it to start up with a new carb, Just need to do the brakes and replace a rear axle. Can't believe how tough these things are. And relatively easy to work on too so thats nice. Really hope the gear box still works well thats the only thing I haven't tested yet.
I’m surprised you made these videos. I watch these to learn how things work. Part 1 was nearly a waste as you spent the entire time describing the deal. Part 2 was promising but then as soon as you got your actually teach us something, you went into time-lapse with overdubbed free Muzak Please try to explain what you are doing as you do it and save the warp-speed time lapse for removing body panels. Good luck.
Im here watching bought a 07 for 400. Replaced a bent valve ,and put new seals on also replaced timing chain . She fired runs good but keeps getting stuck in 4th gear . I did find the triangle bearing all bent . Replaced that and it happened again . Does anyone have any suggestions? Only thought i have is The idol might be too high. Or clutch adjustment but why does it only happen in 4th gear.
Yes I would love a sticker and I am watching it because I have the same bike and needing to do some repairs on mine so I’m definitely watching your video
