It's from an anime called Ghost Stories! Basically, the original Japanese one completely flopped and asked the dubbers to do anything to make the show a hit. So basically it's an official abridged 20 episode anime that's highly self aware and completely ridiculous. Loads of swearing and offensive jokes (so not one for people who would rather just not hear it) It's one of those secret cult favorites.

But, the entirety of Ghost Stories is amazing so it’s ok
