This is part six of a 7 part sales series in breaking down the sales process for Final Expense Insurance Sales.
Objection handling is both my favorite and least favorite part of the sales process because the objections you can't overcome are the ones you created in the first place.
However, if you have done everything right up until you give quotes, then you are only overcoming concerns!
The way I approach objection handling is based on what I learned in #nepq 7th Level and ‪@JeremyMiner‬

Love it! I got 95% of the concepts and objections, probably from watching the last 8 months of your content a few times. One thing that’s new for me is the “want” vs “work for you” I’ve been using, “ Money aside would this even..,.work for you” I like the new one more. Want seems to be of a emotional. Money aside would this be something that you’d even….want to have? Thanks Dana!

Great info. One thing I noticed with everyone who chimed in, all said “umm/uhh”, when pausing. This creates doubt to the client. I used to do this often and worked on not saying that, helped my sales!

I have been through so many trainings on final expense but Dana's trainings are by far the most geared towards best outcomes with final expense customers. How can I be a part of Taylored Legacy??

How do you overcome a lead not knowing info like their banking info or their beneficiary’s address?
@finalexpensetelesales
@finalexpensetelesales Год назад
For banking I either have them go to online banking, call the bank together, or find a check. Worse case I'll take the debit card to process the application and switch it over before the policy starts. We don't require beneficiary address so that's never been an issue for me.

Does talking about death and funerals everyday wear on you after awhile? Sounds grim to spend your working life to talk about death all the time, as opposed to talking about happy things.
@finalexpensetelesales
@finalexpensetelesales Год назад
That’s a great question. For me, it doesn’t affect me at all, but I have had agents who decided this wasn’t the industry for them because it was too depressing.

@Final Expense Telesales for me it made me realize to take better care of myself. People are so sick. And I don't want to lead down that road. I big eye opener

What’s depressing to me is knowing there are vulnerable seniors out there being taken advantage of when attempting to plan their final expenses. I wanted to be part of the solution and learn the final expense industry in order to sell it the right way. There are millions of seniors out there that don’t get the coverage they need. We as agents are responsible for taking care of the mom and pops. Thank you Dana as always!
@mattrobertson4885
@mattrobertson4885 Год назад
@@elainereyes6465 my question to you would be if we take making commissions out of the equation, like making no money, would you still care about the well-being of the seniors? Or is it really about the money?

@@mattrobertson4885 Believe it or not, the subject of death rarely comes up. Because I believe 1000% in the product I find that I’m having the time of my life in my career. My job is to uncover the proposed client’s wants, educate them on their needs, and provide the best solution that fits their budget. Clients are grateful that their final expenses, etc will be taken care of and even have some $$ leftover for their beneficiaries. I’m happy knowing that they don’t have to ‘pass the hat around’ or set up a GoFundMe account which takes forever to collect funds in enough time. Finally, I’m grateful that the industry recognizes my skills and compassion with a healthy compensation program that guarantees I can leave behind a beautiful legacy that my family could be proud of after I pass away. 💟☮️✝️

Can I make a suggestion? Why would you honestly sell an over priced policy when there are several companies with MUCH LOWER premiums? Wouldn't it make sense to select a carrier that matches what the customer needs instead of what pays you the most money? Lincoln Heritage is by FAR the most over priced insurance. And you, as an agent, should do your due diligence and know that. Now, if you do know that and continue selling this over priced policy, shame on you. The Guardianship extra care is not a justified argument for the excessive price.
@finalexpensetelesales
@finalexpensetelesales Год назад
So first of all, Lincoln is not the most overpriced insurance. We have saved many families money on their current premiums. I’m sorry you feel that the FCGS doesn’t provide much value but I disagree. By the way… didn’t you unsubscribe from my channel a few videos ago?! Lol…
