Thirdly, racism can be an issue in some situations. Fourthly, it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain admission to public universities. Lastly, if you want to apply for permanent residency in Germany, you need to have B1-level proficiency in the German language

Hi dear its same for all cities..as mentioned in the video for Part time jobs no matter which city you are in you just can apply for such delivery jobs or jobs in clothing stores just google it nearby stores or check nearby delivery websites and apply..

If you're in public University, the semester contribution is less than 350 euros usually, so it's easily possible to manage the finances with blocked account for first year, but the suggestion is you've to start working from start, so that you can save the 100% salary you get during first year as you have incoming money from blocked account too. Si that you won't get tensed after the blocked account is over.
