A Pakistani woman in a rural village, an American woman doing fieldwork, and a baby. This digital story by Wynne Maggi was made in a workshop facilitated by the Center for Digital Storytelling in August, 2011 in Lyons, Colorado. It deals with the conflict that arises when an anthropologist comes face to face with what she could do versus what she should do, the potential for crossing the line between just being an observer and entering into the life of the observed.
