Partita in A minor, BWV 1013: I. Allemande 

The Allemande is the first one of the four dances of the Flute Partita in A minor, BWV 1013, by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750).
It is performed by Gaspar Hoyos for his recording "Solo".
The Partita is Bach’s only known work for flute alone, and it is quite reminiscent of the cello suites.
The score shows Gaspar Hoyos' suggestions for breathing and articulation.
The present recording was made in Paris during the summer of the year 2020.
