Party Politics : PDP Criticizes Kwankwaso Over Recent Comments 

Only an idiotic politician would say that a party with 13 sitting governors is dead in Nigeria. Kwankwaso's nickname is 'Baba Wasted Votes.'

APC is awicked party and without rigging would be dead in Nigeria.

Perhaps Kwankwaso knows something about PDP that the party itself does not know. Kwankwaso, Peter Obi and Atiku are trying to confuse the voters by their mingling every now and then giving the impression of a possible merger. There is no opposition party in Nigeria because an opposition party does not represent only what the name depicts. Opposition parties in Nigeria only care about their own selfish interest and not the general public. The believe that criticism of the ruling part is what makes the the opposition party, forgetting that they also have elected official who are also expected to make good their promises during the campaign. The opposition parties in Nigeria needs proper tutoring as to what their role is as far as caring for the citizens. They are at criticizing even on matters that could be beneficial to them if they ever win the presidency. An example is the renovation of the VP house which was put on hold for many years that Wike in his position as the FCT Minister decided to address has one of the abandoned project along the rail and some of the roads. The FCT Minister promised to complete all abandoned projects before embarking on new ones. What sense would it have3made if he left of the VP house renovation? The opposition party criticized renovating the house as it it was a personal house the the VP will take with when he is no longer in the office. They criticize the recent purchase of aircraft for the president as if elected they would not use the aircraft because they did not agree with the purchase. This is the level of poor judgement often exhibited by the opposition in Nigeria. They make speeches outside the country criticizing the leadership in Nigeria even when patriotism is expected. There is one thing the political parties in the United States will not compromise and that is patriotism and the well being of the citizens because of party ideological difference which does not even exist in Nigeria. The opposition parties in Nigeria and their leaders need to be schooled on what their roles and responsibilities are to the electorates. Stop finger pointing even on matter of national interest. Politics is not a battle field where enemies fight to kill each other. As a democrat or republican in the United States you can say the other party is dead as much as you want that utterance will not make it to any public media for the audience. Politicians do not take the electorate serious and hence the back forth attack at each other.
