girl there was a point where i was partying with frats and did internships working at disney world, it was rough LOL. i once went to frat party with friends at UCF and didn't get home till 4am (it was like a 40-50min drive) and had work the next morning. and then we would also go on party buses where we would bounce club to club and get free drinks too and wouldn't get home till 3 and work was HARD. tips: eat MEALS, get your carbs in and drink lots of water before, during, and after. electrolytes before and after are also great, and if you get nauseous, lay on a cold floor or turn the fan on and put cold wet towels on your forehead and behind your neck and knees. day after: get your carbs in, water, and fruit!

drinking water and/or electrolytes before bed and taking some ibprophen or tylenol helps and making sure to drink water while you're drinking helps. hangovers are basically intense dehydration.
