Tbh, Bryson Tiller is on another level than PND, I like PND but Bryson is way better. There vocals are about equal, Tillers lyrics are a lot better and Tiller production, one of the best out there but PNDs production is pretty good too

Party hasn't been the same since he dropped PND Colors (which people slept on as well as Ferina) 🙄. His style is lowkey overproduced. Like you said his vocals aren't audible. Talking about "learn how to sing" but he has hella fx on his shit. That's why it took me a minute to get into P3. It had to grow on me. He sounds nothing like P1 or P2. Maybe he's trying to get away from that sound to separate himself from the other niggas that stepped in his lane. All his songs sound the same now. Still a fan of his and and I fw with this EP but I see a clear difference in how he used to sound.
