Hi! I wouldn't necessarily say they increased my supply, but they have allowed me to be able to pump more frequently, which has increased my supply. Yes I can be very mobile with these. I mean, don't go and bend over with them lol but I can do housework, cook, and other varies activities. I hope this helps. I love mine very much. Definitely give them a try.

P.s. I do not leak with these on. I actually leak more with my sit-down spectra.

They do a pretty good job emptying me, especially if it's been hours since I've pumped. Yay! You'll love them.

Last question: do you do the fridge method with this? putting washable parts in the fridge for later vs washing after every single pump? A huge timesaver when on the go

It can but I use a bottle brush and then I sterilize it. ♡

It's just the one size but it comes with 2 inserts that are different sizes. ♡
