These two are outstanding in technique and stage artistry. Flames of Paris is so, so hard on the body and legs, I can't help thinking that they might have needed 24 hours of physio and massage to recover!!!
With respect, Tsvirko makes me want to pull my hair out because he has a spectacular jump, up there with Vasiliev's, but when not in the air he seems to not know where his arms and legs are supposed to be. I saw the ballet cinema broadcast and felt the same way, esp when he's sharing the stage with Chudin, who is so beautifully precise. This is the first time I've seen Kretova, and I really like her. I don't understand why people makes useless comparison like this,maybe cause they have seen the most famous ballerina on the Web.. Why could not appreciate different artists.. Particularly if they are of this high level.. Grandioses kretova and Igor, and thanks to Bolshoi, and Russia to give us artists like them!
