Thank you for this marvellous recipe Ella. I usually bake easter cookies on Easter. I'm adding your cake to my menu for next Easter. I'm sure the family will love it ❤ God bless you and everything you bake 🙏 Eli
I am doing it right now to have it tomorrow after Easter ceremonial! Thank you very much for this recipe. I loved your channel and appreciate ur work. Hristos a înviat și paste fericit alaturi de cei iubiți. Jesus has resurrected and happy Easter among loved ones.
Great idea to use ricotta or cream cheese!! My mom always made it with cottage cheese which I’m not a super big fan of because of the texture of baked cottage cheese, but this looks delicious and I’ll definitely make it. Thank you so much!!!

This is really fascinating. Thank you #HomeCookingAdventure for sharing a family recipe. I am wondering, because this is fresh dough, could it be made a day in advance? I am guessing not... And, should it be served warm or cold? Hope your entire family has wonderful Easter celebration as we watch our planet spring back to life.
Hello Greg :) Yes, this is best to be made a day in advance. It is best served completely cold. It is like a cheesecake with a yeast dough crust. wish you a Happy Easter!
@@Homecookingadventurerecipes do we have to refrigerator the cake if made one day In advance?I am new to your channel it looks yummy I am planning making it on our orthodox Easter.
It is very inetersting to see that in every country of the Eastern or Central Europe the word "pasca, pascha" means something different. In my family it is kind of non baked cottage cheese cake with rasins, but usually it is kind of brioche.
