This is the most outrageous judging I've seen in gymnastics - so many deductions from landings to those dreadful legs. It's an injustice that Hong didn't get the gold which she truly deserved.

I think Maria was over scored. Not massively like some people are saying but she was over scored. She probably should have came 3rd. That's what I think but I'm not a judge. No hate meant to Maria, she is a great gymnast anyway!

I can't even watch her Cheng. I cringe every time. That form... Regardless of her height and distance from the horse, how could they ignore that leg separation and bent knees? Ick.

Dont blame the judges, blame the COP. 0.3 for the leg separation, maybe 0,2 or 0,3 for bent knees more 0,1 or 0,2 for the step. Its the only deductions she had

Avneet Sandhawalia Paseka can’t touch Jade. Yeah she went OOB at worlds but besides that she’s got great form. Maria’s legs look like carrots in a blende r

according to NBC commentators she got a good height and distance from the table. That's what makes her score a little bit more than Hong. Probably by now she's fixing her form error for Rio.

totally overscored. the champion on this event become worse and worse since hong un jong last year winner. the judges totally unable to differenciate pike, layout, tuck position anymore on this event

+maxencebeaulieu wow, talk about being an idiot! Biles is competing for AA while Paseka is not. Just imagine the work it requires to train all four apparatus with great consistency and execution . She has massive difficulty in Beam and Floor than Paseka. Paseka is basically a specialist who devotes more of her time on vault. Paseka should be ashamed because while Biles is not a specialist she has even better form on her vault. Russian stans are crazy and don't even think jeez

+maxencebeaulieu and Biles has been training Cheng for years but since it is not ready she decided not to compete unlike Paseka and the others who are chucking their vault just for the sake of difficulty. Yuck, Russia stans like you blinded by fanaticism.

Tbh, for everyone saying Simone should've won - Yes, she had great form, but, you can't forget her second vault made her start score .8 lower than Paseka and Hong, Paseka's form wasn't even bad, she probably got 0.3 for sep. on the table, 0.1 for form and 0.1 or 0.3 for steps which is about .7 in deductions...

I think audiences prefer clean vaults to (incredibly) sloppy ones - regardless of difficulty awarded. Extreme leg separations followed by crossed legs and flexed feet doesn't even look like gymnastics.
