The instrument that looks like guitar is called Rabab . It's native to afghan/ pushthoons tribes. The theme is basically moves around pushto/afghan music. The dance is also afghan/pushtoon traditional dance.

It does but it also has hazara influence because it is influenced by nfak style

The guitar like instrument at the start is Rubab and he puts it down later.. and the drum he is holding between the legs and playing is Zerbaghali..

The dance is called Atan.. with love from Peshawar.. this is our music.. I see you were confused about the lyrics.. Google.. clay matka.. and you will understand what pitcher they are talking about.. and what the lyrics are about a maiden (or a love interest) with amulets around her neck going to collect water in her pitcher..

…. They are singing about the girls carrying Decorated water clay pots whilst necklaces of Tawiz (amulets) are swinging as they walk to home from the stream . This song has other parts to it but they have just used the first lines of it . Khumaryiaan is a band name These guys are working a lot on promoting Pakhtuns folk music and instruments by combining them with other instruments By the way khumaryiaan means guys who are tipsy 😜

It’s a really old song about a girl It’s like more than 40 years old Girls used to bring drinking water from away N that’s why girl was carrying a clay pitcher with narrow neck coloured green and wide base

Consider reacting to "Utterance: The Music of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan (1990)"...Its a documentary about Nusrat's style of singing and has some good musical pieces.
