Wow dont even know where to start loved every single stop we would visit all of these thanks so much for sharing them. Love how you told the history we enjoy seeing someone's dreams and hard work unfold and hearing about it is so inspiring! Ohhh we love dessert wines! Yes those air fryers have become a game changer. The vineyard named four sisters no pressure on the girls to keep the business going! Smart name. That Elkhorn town sounded great and yes we would want to spend some time here if you know us! That looked like a fantastic Olive Tour and you were able to learn a lot we love Olive Oil and good quality with various flavors fantastic. We make cocktails with Balsamic vinegar flavors and use oils on our appetizers and then its all healthy! Fantastic Drone footage that was a prime spot. You are correct it doesnt get better then that we are on a break but your video was one of the first that made me travel sick especially peaceful harvest host experiences! Loved this video! Always like your comments your stocked with Olive Oil now! Great trip!
Thanks so much for such a thoughtful feedback - we pinned this one! Its a great area, if you can avoid the middle of summer probably best. I wish we had been able to record the wine tastings but it didn't work out this time - maybe next... If you find yourselves heading down in this direction sometime let us know - it's not too far for us - we could meet you somewhere! Take care and stay safe our there!
❤ GEEAT video. I loved the four sisters. I will never complain about the price of Olive oil again. Thank you Bob and Dang, Dang your drone caught such beautiful pictures of the rolling Hills and the beautiful valleys. Bob is such a great narrator. i’ve never been through San Miguel so I learned a lot. Looking forward to the next one. Breakfast looked really delicious also lol. ❤️👏❤️👍🥰😀
Thanks so much for your support Robyn! it was a great trip and we really like that region. We are going to try to get the videos out a little more quickly so hopefully you won't have to wait as long :)
That is an amazing harvest host location. We have been to a few over the years but that by far is the nicest we have seen. That an amazing part of the country. Thanks for sharing- Kyle and Michelle
Hello, great to see you both on another journey. This was so nice and great information about this area. We have driven through their many times but, neve knew of these different Wineries 🍷 to camp at. We always planned a trip to the wine 🍷 country but never did. Thanks for sharing this great adventure with me. Your videos and audio are the best . Take Care, can't wait till you next trip. Happy Valentines Day to you both. God Bless you both. Your friend. Martha 😊
Hello Martha, thanks so much for joining us again and all of the positive comments. We really had a good time up there and glad you could experience that with us. Bless you and take care, happy Valentines day to you as well!
Awesome video! I remember traveling those roads! Some gorgeous locations you visited with wonderful views. And of course, the cool drone shots. 🚁 Looks like you got some great wine and olive oil too!
Thanks Kenny! It was fun trip, and we love going harvest hosts - wineries, breweries, farms, you name it - its always a fun experience! Really appreciate you leaving us a comment :)
Thanks Joe (and Brenda)! This was fun - any trip where you get to sample wine while camping is fun ! :) Hope you guys are well - and looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks if you are still around Quatzsite. Safe travels!
Loved this one!! ❤ We are going to join harvest hosts when we come over. Loved the wine information and the owners story. The Olive oil looked amazing too. We are so excited to be coming back ❤ Thank you for sharing ❤
Such great videography, information and narration. So many beautiful views of the wonderful landscapes. Love that visit to the vineyards. I love visiting vineyards when I travel. Also, nice tour of the olive ranch. Great to see then equipment and learn about the olives. Thanks for taking us with you on this lovely trip.
This is such a great showcase of the Harvest Host options. That Boondocking-esque vibe was apparent and 43 Ranch is officially on our list too. We love the Paso area and stayed at Lopez Lake recently as well. Hope you are both staying safe with these crazy storms hitting us!
Thank you , really appreciate your feedback. We really liked those harvest hosts and would recommend them all. Thanks for the concern re: the storms - it has not started down here yet (we are in San Diego now), but its supposed to get bad over the next few days. I hope things are okay where you guys are too - save travels!
Hey guys, just subscribed to you thanks to Travel Like No One Else. What a beautiful video! We love Paso Robles, haven’t been since 2020 but we’ve made notes for when we come back. ❤ Great to meet you - Michelle & Brian
Well hi there - welcome aboard! Thanks for watching and the sub... We really like the Paso Robles area too and try to visit when passing by. Just looked at your channel snd you have some very interesting content there, we will definitely be watching! Safe travels and we hope to cross paths one of these days :)
I've heard good and bad on harvest host but lately it's been all good. That was a pretty good find on the Elkhorn bar. I think I would rather do a olive harvest host instead of wine. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the comment :). We have not had a bad experience so far with harvest hosts but some have definitely been better than others. 43 Ranch Olive Oil was indeed our favorite - it felt like remote boondocking! Take care, we look forward to more of your content when you are producing again :)
Indeed I think it was! Usually the only wild turkey we see is the bottle my dad gives us to 'stay warm' when camping in the cold. hahaha! Thanks for the comment :)
Great Video you guys! Look forward to meeting you in Quartzite in a month or so….. Thanks for the information on KOFA wilderness area. That was a wild turkey in the vineyard. Chat soon. 😊
Thanks Pete - appreciate the clarification on the bird - I was thinking ti looked like a turkey (and her chicks in tow). We look forward to meeting you as well - until then - happy camping!
