About your question, the technical requirement 3 is not detail enough to say exactly which product, but the main point is to understand concept and different between products. In clip we meant Firestore as the next generation of Datastore related to user session, but it could also well be Filestore when question give more detail requirement related to a filesystem interface

So assuming your question about software only, then yes it is the target to make application to be container base and run on top of GKE.
