This for this video, it provide the exact information i was looking for. Quick question, I see a lot of people in line at the customer service desk at the start of the trip, just curious as to why there would be such a long line up; are they checking into rooms? VIP area? Let me know your guess.

Thanks! This is easy to explain. On some Canadian ferries, you don't pay for your ticket until you're on board. These people stand in line to buy their ticket.
