I let him go. My uncle died 1 year ago today. He was a really good guy. Was like a second father to me, always taking me out or ice cream and to go look at cars. He is the reason I am the way I am today. I used to spend all day in his garage working on his Chevy Bel Air with him. I saw him a week before he died..... I forgot to say goodbye. It still haunts me. Ill cry myself to sleep just thinking about all the good memories we had.

I do not know for sure but I have high suspicions this is why my asian girlfriend of 4 years suddenly dumped me a few months ago not long after moving back in with her parents. There was a lot of friction between her and them and they didn't care much for me because I wasn't asian and wealthy and I was also not welcome there. (she told me that herself long before this happened) She was my best friend and we had a great relationship and I was gonna propose to her but now it seems like she is gone out of my life forever. We don't talk at all now. It is as if I never existed to her. Its a horrible feeling to be cut off an rejected like that. It was the first and only true long term relationship I ever had that actually worked.

Let go of someone who I admired durimg the day yesterday.. I invested so much time, physical energy, mental effort, and money to try and have her admire how hard I was working for her. I was hoping that, after I sent her a message that we cannot go on continuing to be friends (it's a complicated series of events), she would at least want to try and save the friendship as I had been hoping for. Instead, she embraced the notion and now the bridge has been burnt.. I feel like I have been cheated and it is unfair because I wanted the best I could give her and she not only didn't care about it, but in fact it was completely meaningless to her. In doing this, she has significantly made me feel low. It's over and done.. And yet, here I am staring at the ceiling in the dark listening to this song in the middle of the night.. with that same old empty feeling in my heart.

Thomas, i understand your feelings. This world, as people say, is a very, very cruel world...people use others for certain things and then throw them away as if they are complete garbage..its basically eating an apple...you first like the taste and keep on eating it, 5 minutes later all you see is an eaten apple which nobody wants and you throw it away...or its like using a candle...in the 60s' we used candles or lanterns for light, now it is so useless, we got technology...now looking back at candles and lanterns you would just say to yourself 'Hah...we got better things than that!' People just come in and go straight back out man....its just life...and its destiny...we got no control over it... Im a suicidal...everybody bullies me in school everyday..the only ones who I can count on are my friends in school...im just in Year 6...im just 11...im being treated like a slave by almost every single person in my school, other than the young kindergarden and smaller boys and girls. Im still alive, I got no clue how! Nobody can help me, not even my parents..I just need to try and survive through this til' Im done with education... Thomas, it was just meant to happen...we have to try and face the cruelness till death..

Shopping is hard, because you only buy for one, but you accidentally buy too much every time, thinking that your food will magically disappear like it used to. Waking up in the morning thinking you're fine, and before you leave the house you realize that none of his shoes are in the shoe-racks, or in fact anywhere to be seen. Your room seems empty so suddenly, so you leave. But your umbrella is too big. It's raining, your hands are cold, so you squeeze your own in your pockets but they're never going to get as warm as it used to. And you realize that you let go of someone that makes you complete. That's what letting go of a lover means.

As weak as this song is, it still has a lot of relevance to me. I remember waking up early to go to school and having my radio on. This song would come on all the time.
